For the time being our network is supported by our own integrated software and is comprised of:

• 2 banks – Principal members and over 258 banks - Associate/Affiliate members all over Russia and several CIS countries using our services and software solutions (over 1 300 000 VISA and MasterCard cards issued),

• Over 4 500 ATMs and over 12 000 P.O.S. terminals operated,

• Outsourcing of processing and settlement functions, - we support

  • VISA (EMV & magnetic stripe) and MasterCard (magstripe) - issuing and acquiring, American Express, Diners Club, JCB - acquiring,

    • ATM & POS daily transaction processing, switching/routing, administrating, 24 x 7 x 365 monitoring and problem notification, preparation of transaction summary, settlement and posting reports,

    • ATM value added services – extended transaction functionality (account handling, mini statements), top-up of prepaid mobile airtime, bill payment collection (utility, etc.), ATM advertising,

    • POS value added services - top-up of prepaid mobile airtime,

• Personalization of CHIP and Magnetic stripe cards (Third Party Personaliser VISA),

• MoneyGram and Anelik money transfer technological support and processing,

• Cash payments collection in favor of mobile operators, providers of TV, Internet, IP, etc., technological support and processing of sub dealers,

• Cash-In network deployment and processing (credit repayment, payment for services etc. support),

• Call-center services 24 x 7 x 365,

• Information security services including cryptography and digital signature (all necessary certificates and licenses available).

SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS

We offer our customers a comprehensive suite of integrated products SOFIT™, which was created in house to meet the performance and scalability requirements of retail banks, but now this know how is applied as well to other customers in retail, mobile communications, oil & gas and other industries that use secure transactions.

SOFIT™ software solutions are multi-channel (ATM, POS, Internet thin/fat client options, SMS) and compatible with any core banking system and any operating system.

SOFIT™ software solutions support:

• End-to-end credit and debit card systems – personal, corporate, payroll, Loyalty, co-brand, etc., based on VISA CHIP (EMV) and magnetic stripe cards and MasterCard magstripe cards, including integrated smartcard based VISA compatible programs with multiple participants (Social Card, Loyalty Card, Petrol Card, Gift Card),

• ATM/POS-terminals – extending of functionality (international cards, EMV, Cash-In function support), administrating, monitoring, problem notification, introduction of value added services, interfaces with main hardware providers (Wincor Nixdorf, NCR, Diebold, Ingenico, Lipman, VeriFone, Cybernet),

• Processing and personalization in house,

• Automation of all personal accounts’ handling including consumer loans, mortgage loans, car loans, student loans, etc.,

• Scoring system.
